The heating technique of the hot line counters and bain maries relies on thermal resistance mats. This makes the products technically extremely durable and easy to service.

A wide range of accessories is available, including upper level models with LED or infrared lighting, and height adjustable legs or castors!

The interiors of line counters vary according to the intended use.

The Hot Line counters are available with either a +60 or 00 dimensioning (width of equipment 1,260 mm or 1,200 mm).

The Porkka Hot Line product family is specifically designed for the various applications of restaurants and catering facilities. The hot Line counters are intended for the storing and serving of pre-heated foods. 

The counters are made from quality components and their visible external and internal surfaces are high-quality stainless steel. The DHMC® (digital heat and moisture control) system 

Porkka’s large-scale development efforts have resulted in a range of revolutionary hot food holding counters, the DHMC® temperature control system. 

Traditional, uncontrolled hot storage results in considerable drying and weight loss of food. The DHMC counter has a digitally precise automatic temperature and moisture control system. The user can choose the temperature and moisture level optimal for each food. 

The drying and weight loss of the stored food remains at a minimum, and the DHMC® keeps the nutritional values of the food at the same level as in freshly prepared food. 

Quality components guarantee ease of use and efficient heat production 

Thanks to effective insulation, Hot Line counters do not emit unnecessary heat into the environment, thereby preventing the indoor air of even a small space from heating up. The air circulation in the counters, enhanced with a blower, ensures the even circulation of hot air in the cabinet.
